Technologies of Freedom: A Private Brunch Hosted by CodeNinja

April 19, 2026 Dallas, Texas

Why This Room Exists

Dallas in April is hosting global operators, founders, and technologists across a series of events centered on AI and its applications. Most of those conversations are focused on the technology itself. This one is focused on something most rooms avoid: control.

Who owns the intelligence your organization runs on? Who sets the terms when the contract renews? Where does the institutional knowledge go when the vendor changes its roadmap?

CodeNinja is bringing together a small group of leaders on the morning of April 19th to discuss how organizations move from vendor-led AI to systems that are owned, governed, and compounded internally. This is not a panel discussion. It is a working conversation among people who are already asking these questions and want a room where the answers are taken seriously.

What Will Be Discussed

Not panels. Not presentations. A focused address followed by open discourse.

Umar Bilal will open with a short structured address before the floor opens for peer discussion. The conversation will move across four interconnected themes:

What Will Be Discussed

The Exit from Rented Intelligence

Why most AI deployments cannot scale beyond pilots and what it takes to regain architectural control over the systems that run your operations.

The Middleware Collapse

How legacy software stacks prevent AI from reasoning across your data and what it takes to rebuild systems AI can actually operate inside.

Cognitive Sovereignty

Why institutional knowledge must live inside systems you own rather than platforms you license, and what it means for an organization when that knowledge compounds inward rather than outward.

The Sovereign Stack

What it means in practice to build AI infrastructure that accumulates value with every operational cycle instead of resetting at every contract renewal.

Who This Is For

This is not an open event. Attendance is curated and seats are strictly limited.

We are bringing together a small group drawn from the following:

Enterprise leaders responsible for AI strategy and technology direction. Founders building data or AI-driven companies at any stage. Operators managing mission-critical systems where vendor dependency creates real operational risk. Members of the Pakistani and global tech diaspora who are shaping the next generation of enterprise infrastructure.

If you are in Dallas that weekend and this conversation is one you have been waiting to have, we would like you in the room.

The Format

A hybrid of structured address and open discussion. Umar Bilal will open with a short address grounded in CodeNinja's Technologies of Freedom doctrine before the floor opens for an honest peer conversation. No pitch decks. No sales agenda. A small table and the right people around it.

Umar Bilal

Umar leads CodeNinja's global delivery operations and is one of the principal architects of the company's sovereign AI delivery model. He has spent the last decade building AI infrastructure for enterprises across North America, MENA, and South Asia, leading engagements for Fortune 500 operators, regional governments, and strategic technology acquirers. He will be in Dallas for a limited window in April and has set aside time for this conversation because he believes it is one the community needs to have.
